Trond Pedersen

I have developed solutions for businesses for 20 years, as a consultant, as an employee or as part of a startup, and see no reason to stop. Sometimes I do this as a manager or architect, sometimes I help with advice or finding out what we need to make, and a lot of the time I do full-stack development as well. I am a proud member of the Agile Community in Oslo, and have been an advocate for lean self-organizing development teams since 2001. Enabling a team to do quality work, by giving them the power and authority to make the right decisions is key to a successful product. To contribute to my professional community, and to share what I learn makes me happy. That is one of the reasons I started the Agile Conference with some friends back in 2007, a conference that is still going strong. Nowadays I contribute as a organizer of the Lean Coffee meetup, and as a speaker at conferences. My friends described me as energetic, pragmatic and inspiring to work with.
